Hunting and fishing at Los Laureles Food, accommodations, owner, staff, facilities, hunting and fishing are some of the best my wife and I have encountered, We have traveled some to 6 different continents. I would recommend this for anyone, even if you are taking your better half who doesn't hunt or fish. You can experience Argentina before and after your hunting and fishing.Posted on Tripadvisor![]()

My best dove hunting experience in Argentina. I had several good hunts in Cordoba before discovering my favorite place which is Los Laureles Lodge in Entre Rios. John John Reynal and his staff are awesome. The food is delicious, the accommodations are first class and the doves are non stop. There is no need to drive an hour or more to a hunting location as there is a huge roost 5 minutes from the lodge and birds are flying all over the ranch. The staff and bird boys are full time employees so this ensures consistent high quality service. A big bonus is the Golden Dorado fishing in the Parana River which borders the ranch and is only 10 minutes from the lodge. We also had a great afternoon of pigeon shooting one day this year. High quality Beretta and Binelli shotguns are available if you don't take your own gun. I've made trips to Los Laureles Lodge the past two years in a row and will be going back again.Posted on Tripadvisor![]()

I could not have had a better trip. This was one for the ages! Recently spent a week at Los Laureles Lodge with J. J. Reynal and his crew. Dove shooting, Perdiz, Pigeon, Parakeet hunting and Fishing for Golden Dorado on the Parana River. The hunting and fishing were just as incredible as I had imagined but the real story here, as far as I am concerned, is the incredible hospitality provided by J.J. and his crew. He met us personally at the airport in Parana after a short but enjoyable flight from Buenos Aires. In just minutes we were on our way to the lodge where we were greeted by a dinner of filet mignon prepared by his chef to his exacting standards. Every day we were offered a choice of activities rather than told what we were going to do and every day was a pleasure. The lodge is clean and first class, the rooms were excellent and cleaned each day and they even provided laundry service. The food was first rate and prepared to J.J.'s exacting standards. I could go on and on but I will just say that in all of my years of hunting and fishing with guides and lodges, this experience stands head and shoulders above the rest. If you have any hesitation about booking time here, forget it and go ahead and book it! You won't be sorry!Posted on Tripadvisor![]()

Great couples trip! I was with a group of 10 (5 couples) and had THE BEST time at the Los Laureles Lodge! Our group spent 4 days dove hunting, fishing, horse back riding, relaxing, etc. I am very picky when it comes to accommodations and these were top notch - rooms are very large with great views of the property and the bathrooms were updated and included double sinks, large jet tubs with separate shower. The food and wine were absolutely divine - loved every single meal. The staff could not have been more professional and friendly. All hunting/fishing was between 2-10 minutes away. We had a special lunch at the river, which was set up beautifully. JJ owns the business and was there the entire time, making sure all was going good. He is the epitome of class and wants his clients to received the best service and have the best experience possible. Thanks so much for a memorable trip!Posted on Tripadvisor![]()

4 Day Hunting and Fishing Trip I bid at a charity auction for and won a 4 night hunting and fishing trip for four people at Los Laureles Lodge. I had never been hunting in Argentina and had never heard of Los Laureles, so I had no idea what to expect. Let me start with what is clearly the highlight of this property. They have 500 acre roast on their property, and it is walking distance to the lodge. From what I understand, most people who dove hunt in Argentina stay in Cordoba and then drive an hour or more each day to get near a roost for hunting. We hunted every day at Los Laureles and each day we were placed in a blind on the perimeter of the roost and those locations were all within a ten minute walk of the lodge. (Note, they drove you to the blind each time. I just chose to walk back.). The volume of birds is incredible. My two siblings easily shot 1,000 birds in a day. We also fished. Getting a golden dorado is hard work but well worth the effort. As to the lodge itself, the best description is understated luxury. Three meals a day from an excellent cook with drinks and hor d'oeuvres. The owners name is John, and he has an unusual touch. He makes sure to have a couple meals with every client that comes to visit. In our case, he had every lunch and dinner with us. He is an excellent host, speaks English better than most Americans, and certainly knows more about US politics than most Americans. We were at the lodge in the first week of March and the climate was perfect with temperatures in the mid 70s. In short, a fantastic vacation, at a high end lodge with a gracious host.
